Welcome to funrazor 2009!
Funrazor is a Child Cancer Foundation fundraising initiative that encourages participants
to shave their lids for brave kids. The money raised helps provide emotional and
practical support for children and their families on the child cancer journey.
Last year’s funrazor saw over 700 participants lose their locks to raise over $500,000
nationwide. This year we are aiming for even more festive funrazor events, with
some much loved TV personalities from our favourite NZ shows visiting the main cities
to help shave some heads and get photos taken with their fans.

$5 million each year to continue our work supporting children with cancer and their

We want every Kiwi to know about funrazor and the generous individuals who shave

of heads we can shave and ensures an enthusiastic crowd at our fun-filled funrazors.

VOLUNTEERING - a couple hours of your time can make a difference!
CCF could not exist without the help of so many willing volunteers and certainly
an event the scale of funrazor would not be possible without your help. From helping
to shave heads to selling supporters’ merchandise, every bit of voluntary support
helps to keep costs down while making the day heaps of fun.
